First Stop

Either I have an extremely bad sense of direction or Atlanta has the worst road signs eva! I'm more inclined to believe the former. As an effort to save on the gold-digging parking fees if I were to park at Atlanta Hartsfield Airport for 3 weeks, I thick-skinnedly asked an awesome friend, Jesse to see if he could churn out any great ideas from that brill brain of his. And being the absolute sweetheart that he is, he agreed to let me park at his house.

I was ecstatic of coz needless to say. However, it was a totally different story in itself to get from my place to his. I decided not to take the route that Jesse's mapped out nicely for me as I wasn't too familiar with it. So I looked on Mapquest and took the usual route to Atlanta instead and proceeded from there.

Alas, the I-20 West I took was completely different from the I-20 W that Jesse was telling me about. So there I was lala-ing my way on the opposite direction down South to..none other than Birmingham, Alabama!!!

After accelerating full-speed all the way back to the A-T-L, I met up with Jesse and he rushed us to the airport. Fortunately, we made it right on time with not a minute to spare. One minute later and the airline would've probably slammed the door on us.

It was rather chilly in Boston when we arrived. Apparently a cold front moved its way to the Northeast region after some thunder storms the day before (wow, my stint as a weathercaster definitely paid off here!). So we quickly scrambled into our sweater to ward off the cold.

Met up with Yee Lee for dinner before she left for Berlin the next morning. It was nice to hangout with an old friend again! Who knows when we'll meet next...

Awwww, Yee Lee!! I miss her.

Glad you got to the airport in time. You scared me. Jesse called me that day, and told me the story. YIKES.

Sorry... I'm just now catching up on your blog...
